For the past 70+ years we have had three priorities: customer service, best overall value and safety. Our founder Dale Ellison Johnson began serving Northern Michigan with these values as the core of his business, and still to this day nothing has changed about that ambitious vision.
These guys are AWESOME!! Switched from AmeriGas after receiving poor service and rates for years. The rates were 40% lower and they are locally owned. The customer service opens early and closes late and they are friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Serena went above and beyond to open my account and get a new tank delivered the next day. Highly recommend!
We switched from Alpine to Johnson as their rates were better and we were looking to reduce spending in our budget. Their service is quick, delivery staff friendly, and knowledgeable. We had an emergency issue we called and they had someone out to fix it in 30 mins. They care about keeping customers warm and keeping it affordable!
