Are your offices currently
open to the public? - Not at this time. We intend to follow the recommendations and procedures outlined by our governor. We ask that all customers please order service by phone and customers looking to make a payment to their account either mail in payment, or call the office to pay by credit card. This applies to both the Gaylord Headquarters and the Lake City office.

Do you still offer
propane & fuel delivery? - Yes we are. Keeping our customers warm is considered an essential service and we will continue your normal reliable service without interruption unless you are informed otherwise. Please keep an eye on your fuel levels if you are home more frequently than normal, you may be burning more propane than you would during your regular routine.

Are your gas stations
and fuel centers open? - Fueling vehicles also fits into the essential service category and we plan to keep our gas stations open with their normal hours until further notice. Our convenience stores will also remain open at this time, but you can always pay at the pump with a credit card if you are uncomfortable paying inside the store.
